What Causes Pain, Swelling And Tightness In Foot?

Hello. My name is Janeta. My foot has been bothering me for the past few months. The pain is kind of on the side of the bottom toward the inside. It is swollen, it hurts to walk, its hurts all the time and it is getting worse over time. My foot and ankle are very swollen. Right now it is so swollen that my foot feels so tight. I cant put my shoe on my right foot because of this. Can you give me some suggestions as to what might be going on?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given condition could be due to the single joint arthritis condition but in differential diagnosis gout need to be ruled out too till then you can try Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, steroid can be tried but for that you have to have the correct diagnosis hope this information helps.
