General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are indicative of both physical injury and internal trauma. This is not the time to stay back at home. Neglect will only result in worsening of the symptoms and complications. Get clinically examined by a GP. Get all the required blood, Urinalysis, X-ray, CT and MRI or EEG done. It can be neck or spinal injury. You may need urgent medical support. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected and the severity of the symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
