What Causes Pain, Tingling And Numbness In Forearms?

Hi, Both my forearms are numb, i cant feel much but when I touch them it tingles and hurts. I cant stretch my arms out fully without pain shooting down my arms. If i grasp things it hurts when i press down with my fingers. I have no other pain anywhere else.

Hello and welcome to health care magic forums.
The numbness and tingling sensation is a sign of nerve involvement, especially those supplying the skin over your forearms. The fact that you have symptoms on both sides substantiates it further. This is usually caused by nerve compressions in your Vertebral Column especially in the neck region. This is usually caused by cervical spondylosis. So my advice is to visit an Orthopaedic specialist and he will take an Xray or CT scan of Vertebra. You will be given a course of Vitamin tablets and neck supports. It's completely curable and so don't worry about it.
