What Causes Pain, Tingling And Numbness On The Nose?

Hi, I have been having pain, tingling and numbness along the left side of my nose sometimes down to my lip, and a bit of a headache on that side, as well. I am trying to figure out what this is. TIA, shingles (never had either before), sinusitis due to allergies that I have. I m 62 and healthy, although about 20 pounds overweight. Thank you

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your numbness in upper left nose and lip.

The reason may be the compression of maxillary branch of trigeminal nerve. You don't need to worry, you must visit a neurologist to get the scan of your head done so that the proper cause of the compression can be detected. During mean you must take vitamin B 12 supplements once daily.
