What Causes Pain Under Breast?

I have ben having pain under left breast , in my back left side and on and off threw the left arm. I had a stress test yesterday waiting on results and they said in e.r. my ekg, xray and bloodwork was good and they didn t think it was heart but ordered stress test to b sure. If its not the heart what could b causing all this?

If it is not the heart, the other possible causes of this type of pain are GERD, Gastritis, muscular pains and stress.
