What Causes Pain Under Left Breast Radiating Towards Shoulder?

Hi,Female 50 yrs. Pain under left breast seems to radiate to my back high near my shoulder blade... feels like a rib is out of place (had previously), but the pain under the breast is concerning. No shortness of breath. Heart beat is steady and strong. Could this be a heart attack?

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be heart disease, but the pain could be due to muscular spasm only still to clear the doubt of any heart disease EKG can be done, else for the pain Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day can be taken some time x-ray of chest may give some clue hope this information helps.
