What Causes Pain Under Rib Radiating Towards Lower Pelvic Region?
Hi, I continue to have lower pelvic pain. I also get pain all on the right side from under my rib to my pelvic region. I have had 2 ultrasounds that have no shown anything. I wake up at least 2x a night with pelvic pain. After urinating the pain lessons. This pain has been going on for years and only recently is it waking me at night.

Pain in pelvic region associated with urination can be due to urinary tract infection (UTI). I suggest you to get urine culture and sensitivity to look for evidence of infection.
