What Causes Pain Under Ribcage After Inhaling Spray Paint?

Two days ago I spray painted a rattan chair, outside, without a mask on...and then I lifted this chair over a railing (two hours when dry)...and now I have pain in my chest/lungs possibly...feels like under my ribcage...two days on the left side, and now this morning I feel its gone into the right lung as well. I was in severe pain the first two days, when laying down, and not being able to pull myself up without a struggle.
