What Causes Pain Under Ribs Radiating To Back?

I am having really bad pain right under my left breast in my rib cage and also goes into my back. It has been there since Monday. I did snowmobile on Monday but it was a smooth ride and did not bump anything. It is harder to sit then stand. I have been icing and heat but it is not getting any better. Should I be worrying about anything serious?

If you are 40 above u need to consult a cardiologist to rule out cardiac pain. Also your blood sugar levels and BP has to be checked.In the meanwhile you take tab.aceclofenac plus paracetamol combination twice a day after food.
