General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

USG report is showing that gall bladder wall is thickened. This happens due to many reasons. But commonest is chronic inflammation due to gall bladder infection. This causes pain under ribs which may also radiate to back. Apart from this patient has no stones or any lesion inside gall bladder.

Kindly consult your treating doctor. It is treatable with medication. There is nothing to worry.

I hope this helps.
If you have any other queries I'll be happy to help.

Regards,
Dr.Prathap Kumar
