What Causes Pain Under Right Breast?

Have pain under right breast.. Fatigued very after eating. Food not digesting.. Having pains on right side feels like I have a leakage in my heart area. Donors haven t found the problem.. Had elf.. Eco gram. Upper gi. Diabetes test.. Stress test .. Hidi scoop.. Have not found the peoblem. Please help
