What Causes Pain Under Right Side Rib Cage?

i have alot of pain in my right side under my rib cage and down towards my hip..im also getting bile in my mouth ..ive also got a bad tummy no matter what i eat the , also they said i have high bllod prssure first doctor said i needed my gall ladder removed but second doctor states i need ct scan and camera down my throat....he thinks it could be my bowel or kidneys...what do you think he could be looking for ? or what it could be?

Well come to HCM
Exact investigative reports not being given here, so I could say that this is because of the visceral organ pathology or something else, if I would be treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with PPI (Proton pump inhibitor ) with Domperidone once in day, if this fails to responds then I would think about differential diagnosis, take care.
