What Causes Pain Under Skin Below Right Shoulder Blade?

I have been having pain under my skin below my right shoulder blade for about a week now. The pain started out feeling like a bug bite stinging me. But cant see nothing on the skin but feel something under the skin and the pain is getting worse even to the touch. What could be causing this and should I see my doctor for this soon.

It can be a rotator cuff tear , impingment syndrome or pinching nerve. For diagnosis of this condition we have to do a MRI of your shoulder and also ultrasound.Till that time you should use hot water fomentaion, diclofenec ointment and Brufen tablet daily.
