What Causes Pain Under The Breast And Back?

My skin hurts under my breast and to the back. My doctor said it may be shingles but the redness hasn t shown yet. The pills she gave is working but still hurts under the breast [no lumps] and I still have pills to go [3 days worth]. My question is I feel like throwing up. Is that normal with shingles?

Hi,
Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen hundreds of cases with similar complaints. As you have mentioned pain under breast so it is Costochondritis Please find my advice below-
1)Apply heat to the affected area three times a day upto 30 mins

2)Do muscle relaxation exercises

3)Take (Combiflam) if pain hurts you only otherwise not
