What Causes Pain Under The Breast And Upper Abdomen?

I notice a change in my bile movements they may be fatty or oily. also every now and than i will have upper belly pain right under my breast pain that goes up to my shoulders. Today I had pizza and as soon as I finished the pain began. what could this be?

As you mentioned you have problem of upper right abdominal pain that may be because of liver problem or other reasons..

Detail history and physical examination of site give exact idea about problems..
Ultrasonograph can done for further diagnosis.
Start a treatment as per reason behind it...
Avoid More fatty food and oily foods.
