What Causes Pain Under The Breast?

Hi, I have been experiencing a deep dull ache on my left side under my breast. I awake with this mild to moderate pain nightly. It goes away the minute I get up. M y doctor has given me an EKG, treadmill stress test, CAT scan and all are normal. Any ideas?

dear
as all the mentioned tests are normal.we can mark it as a myalgia.can be relieved with analgesic tab like zerodol-p or combiflam to be taken .
mean while we can avoid sleeping on that side.
however for chronic problem we need further clinical investigation.
