General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This intense pain with tightrope at breastbone and armpit suggest possible costochondritis with neurologic involvement or involved segmental pain.

Though primary relief with the best analgesic as Tramadol Hydrochloride and local application of the analgesic spray, it is mandatory to get examined with your GP for definite diagnosis and further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
