What Causes Pain Under The Left And Middle Chest?
I had gastric problem. Last 5 years occasionally I have smoking and alhoal habits. Recently in one month I had minute pain in under the left chesr, middle of the chest. When I eat bit more food immediately a minute pain in takes near chest and when released pain will get reduce. So I took ECG it shows border line ECG. Docotor said nothing to worry plz have food control that s all. Plz give Mr cleat solution whether it s any abnormal or can I try any extra different test.

It could be gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, gallstones. I suggest you have an ultrasound and then a gastroscopy if the ultrasound is clear.
