What Causes Pain Under The Left Rib Cage?
I have had pain I m my side under my left rib cage and my left flank for several weeks. Recent labs show elevated wbc, neutrophils and monocytes. Urine culture was negative however there is blood in my urine. No fever but feel lethargic and keep experiencing random muscle spasms in my feet and neck. Any ideas what this means? I am scheduled for more testing this week.

Elevated WBC is sign of infection. Meanwhile blood in the urine needs more specific examinations such as abdominal ultrasound or abdominal scan ecc. Please just wait for other examinations to be more clear regarding your concern.
