What Causes Pain Under The Nostril?

Hi so for about 3 days I have had a little pain under and kinda on the rim of my nostril. It feels like a bruise and hurts the most when I press on it. There s not much of a bump but when I try to squeeze it then a bump forms and later goes away. Any chance you know what this is and s treatment for it?

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Pain under nostril with characteristics as you describe could most likely be an acne forming or a local infection or irritation. However, it may not be a cause for concern yet.I will advise:
-You just let it be and avoid touching it as touching may aggravate symptoms and make it hurt the more
-You may take an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen if pain intense
If pain persist or the bump increases in size, you see the Doctor for evaluation.
Hope this will help
Best regards
