What Causes Pain Under The Rib Cage And Back After Discontinuing Marijuana?

Pretty embarrassed but concerned. I recently had a drug problem with synthetic marijuana. I detoxed myself, knowing I never want that in my life again. It was the worst thing I ever went through. I couldn t eat for 5 days. Now my body is getting back to normal, however, I had only been able to keep chicken broth down. I m feeling better and hungry as ever. But I m having a hard time eating solid foods. Shortly after I eat, I get a very uncomfortable pain right under my ribcage n it wraps around both sides of my back. I want to be better. I want to be healthy. What do I do?
