What Causes Pain Under The Ribs And Lower Abdomen?

Hi I am having pain abdoman .right under my ribs on my right side.alsowhere my belly button is on the far left.and across my whole lower abdomen. It s radiating in my back rt side by my shoulder blade area. The middle and bottom lt side. I also have CRPS with alloydina it s centralized but this pain is something so different.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
The pain in abdomen under rib cage on right side referred to the back and shoulder blade may be due to the following reasons:
Gall bladder inflammation.
Liver pathology.
Colitis.
This can be diagnosed by the following:
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Tests of blood, stool and urine.
Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon and further tests as needed to get a proper diagnosis and management.
Till then take only liquids orally.
If the is gall bladder if inflamed or has stones you may need surgery.
