General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms can be related to muscle strain.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms.

I also recommend anti inflammatory creams such as Voltaren gel for local application at the area of the pain.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
