What Causes Pain Under The Ribs Radiating To The Back And Buttocks?

Hi Dr 4 days ago I started having pain on my right side under my rib cage, then the pain went to the back. Now i have both numbness and pain.The numbness goes around the back almost to my spine and down my right buttock. Thank you for your help I am a 66 year old female who has had breast cancer, but that was a few years D

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may be nonspecific but looking to your history of breast malignancy this can not be taken as granted for nothing but this need to be investigated for any malignancy changes, hope this information, take care.
