What Causes Pain Under The Right Breast After Taking Z-Pak?

I was diagnosed with infuenza feb 18. Since then i developed sinus infection With a cough and congestion. I was prescribed a z pac The infection seemed to clear up but i contiue to have a dull, mildly productive cough and have now developed a horrible pain under my right breast. I assumed it to be plueresy -when i cough is wen it hurts the most. But it seems to localized. I do not have trouble breathing or heaviness in my chest. Any ideas on what this is and what to do for it

Hi,

Most likely underlying lung infection of particular lower lobe can give pleuritic stretch pain below the breast.

It is highly recommended to get an X-ray chest done for this instance.
