General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear
I evaluated your query thoroughly .
* Pain under right breast ( if exactly same as per your description ) usually
lies under category of chest wall that will be separate entity then blood in
stool , may be muscular or skeletal in nature .
* Blood in stool is pertaining to colonic issue like colitis , proctitis or
hemorrhoids .
* Confirmation of the diagnosis will require your detailed physical
examination including proctoscopy , necessary evaluations as laboratory
data, ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis , colonoscopy if required .
Hope this clears your query.
Thanks for using Health care magic .
Regards .
