What Causes Pain Under The Right Shoulder Blade?
Hive pain under right shoulder blade/scapula with multiple and painful trigger points. I ve seem ny md and therapeutic massage the gym has a fitness trainer that check my shoulder and said I have several areas that were spasming one one the lower shoulder near the axilla and then he pressed into the axiala and all these sites were so painful it was vert difficult to hold

Fibromyalgia is a possibility with multiple triggers or tender points as you described. Another possibility is inflammatory myositis. Go for serum Creatine phosphokinase (CPK) level.
