Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
The reason behind pain during stool passing could be
anal fissure or infection of the anal canal or piles but should be clinically examined before coming to any conclusion.
You should go for routine blood count, stool examination with clinical examination by an experienced surgeon to have a correct diagnosis and to rule out any positions of piles if any.
Angioplasty procedure would have nothing to do with this pain during bowel movements.
You should take,
1) Antibiotics (quinolones like ofloxacin with antiprotozoals like
metronidazole ) if there is any infection found.
2) Topical application of steroids with lignocaine creams or ointments to reduce pain and inflammation.
3) Hot sitz bath,
4) Vitamin b complex with folic acid to have a rapid healing of ulcer if any.
5) Over the counter pain killers like
diclofenac 100 mg or ibuprogen 400 mg two tie daily.
You should
consult general surgeon for complete history, thoroughly examination to detect the exact underlying cause and it's treatment
Hope this helps.
Thanks and Regards,
