What Causes Pain While Urinating, Bloating And Frequent Abdominal Pain?
Hi,I have pain when urinating,discharge and often get abdominal pain on the toilet. I have had my uretha dilated and this has helped a little with the pain but no joy with the discharge. I also get bloated quite a lot and get stomach pain,in which I pass wind more and have to go for a poo. Sometimes I feel like my bowel isn t always empty though. I also sometimes get heartburn too.

I really appreciate your concern such, symptoms could be due to abdominal infection and this could be protozoa infection and for that the best drug would be "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg " twice in day for 5 days, and this can be taken along with "Tab Omeprazole 40mg Domperidone 30mg" once in day at evening time, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
