Hello,

The symptoms you feel like tired and gastric and breasts a bit sore and bloating after 13 days of abortion is not related to abortion but your body preparation for next period.

So, try to follow your doctor's advice. Try to be hydrated, and multivitamins can also help. Have your meals regularly, do not skip any. Take antacids to stabilize intestinal flora.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
