What Causes Painful Abdominal Cramps And Nausea After Eating?

For the past week I ve been having painful cramps And nausea every time I eat. It goes away after a few hours. Headaches and dizziness come and go. At first I had diarrhea but now the past 2 days I ve been constipated and bleed after bms. It s not in the bm, but I ve also had anal bleeding when not having a bm. No one around me has gotten sick, and this doesn t just feel like the flu or cold. I have an iud, and have taken a pregnancy test that was negative. It s starting to make it very difficult to eat or sleep. What could this possibly be? And is this something I need to go to the doctors for right away?

hi mam,it doesnt seem as simple as you said.i'm sorry if i'm making you worry.but it might probably be iud infection or a gut infection.due to severe constipation,anal fissure occurs which causes bleeding.i would advice you to consult a gynec or physician and have a thorough physical examination done.delay can lead to overwhelming infection,added to that,bleeding may cause severe fatigue,anemia.hope you got a clarification.thank you.take care.bye.
