What Causes Painful And Bleeding Gums While Suffering From Pyorrhea?

Sir,I am suffering from pyrrhea and pain sensation occur in my lower right gums,sometimes bleeding and when I eat betle(plan) with Jarda(tulsi) then pain sensation disappear for the day. Again in the morning it starts as it is. Please suggest some medicine and prevention against it.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain it seems that yoiu have severe infection in gums leading to pain and bleeding..
The pain sensation subsides on taking tobacco due to its sedative action but I would like to tell you that it is very harmful for the health of gums and mouth as well as body and is causative factor for cancer in mouth..
I would suggest you to first of all stop tobacco and betel lead [pan].
You can apply a numbing gel containing Lignocaine over gums to relieve pain..
Gargle with concentrated solution of antiseptic mouthwahh.
Consult a Dentist and get evaluated and he can advise you Scaling of teeth to remove infectious deposits as well as advise you antibiotics and painkillers and topical gum paint application..
Proper brushing technique should also be asked to be demonstrated to you..
