"As"per your clinical history is concerned heavy period is not due to
pregnancy so please follow like this -
1)Do a clinical examination by your Doctor[Gyn] and to confirm it do few tests like [CBC with differential], TSH and
ultrasound.
2)Discuss with your treating Doctor about prescription medications like -[iron supplement,
Tranexamic acid and combined birth control pills]
Do follow lifestyle modifications like this -
1)Get plenty of rest. If you become unusually tired, nervous, or constipated, you may be more likely to experience
menstrual pain.
2)Do exercise regularly such as walking, swimming, or bicycling may improve blood flow and ease menstrual pain.
3)Try to eat a diet rich in whole grains and green leafy vegetables. Add a
multivitamin regularly.
4)Try to drink plenty of fluids.
