What Causes Painful And Itchy Black Spots On The Skin?
Hi my attention has been drawn to these tiny black parasites or particals of some sort they are on and embedded in the skin they can be itchy and painful they sometimes give an burning sensation that can become very painful my husband can t see or feel them but my 3yr old has made me aware that he can feel them and he has been digging and pinching his skin to opening point as have I my hubby thinks I m crazy but I know they are there I pick them off or squeeze them out which hurts badly as well it seems as though my whole body is covered as if I had fleas it feels like they are feeding off me or draining me in some way I m worried about what s happening to my family and scared because my husband doesn t believe their real please help me what could they be and how do I treat this condition thank you Mia

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have painful and itchy black spots on the skin. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing salicylic acid twice a day. You should exfoliate your face twice a week specially with non comedogenic exfoliant. If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper checkup and to rule out any underlying disease . Doctor may prescribe antibiotic clindamycin or isotretinoin. You can go for chemical peeling, microabrasion and dermabrasion as well. You should avoid use of any hard cosmetics on face. You should apply cream containing azelaic acid.
