What Causes Painful And Itchy Eyes?
My eye has been itchy and watery all day and I assumed it was allergies until I realized a black spot on the lacrimal punctum and darkening along the crease of my eye socket. I don t know what to do, but it seems to be getting works. There are no bumps.

Hello,
Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergy. Take ibuprofen or another over-the-counter pain killer.
Use over-the-counter lubricating eye drops (artificial tears).
Put a warm, damp washcloth over your eyes for a few minutes.
