What Causes Painful And Prolonged Menstruation Along With IBS?
I had my period for 7 weeks, went from mild to heavy. On the last day of my period I got a very intense painful cramp and have had them since but much milder. Today was the first time I seen light blood since it ended a week ago. My bowel movements went from diarrhea with bleeding to constipation without bleeding. Any idea what any of yhis could mean?

I really appreciate your concern, such heavy bleeding is due to hormone changes and this is commonly happens in menopause you have not given age here, still it is advisable to rule out the possibility of this, have some rest, at the most vitamin c can be tried, 500 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
