Painful stiff feet on sitting on the floor is commonly due to limited movement, sedentary lifestyle, bruising, due to hard physical work, sprains or strains, developing neurological problems. You are suggested to do stretch exercises to prevent muscle
stiffness & improve circulation.
Take warm baths,
massage sore areas. Do thigh, neck, lower back exercises. Maintain healthy weight if
obese. Always maintain correct posture while sitting or standing. Take healthy diet, stay well hydrated. Take fruits, veggies, whole food grains, food rich in calcium,
magnesium, nuts, dark leafy veggies. Get
nerve conduction tests done to stay on the safer side.
