What Causes Painful Area On The Back Radiating Towards Right Shoulder?
I was doing rough housework and started feeling a word pressure on one spot in my back. ..as if someone s finger was pressing on my back. Days later, my back and right shoulder in the back got an excruciating pain, worse with some movements and burning feeling. At one point, my right arm and hand got numb and tingly. I ve been taking ibuprofen. That didn t work, so I ve taken Musflex, a pill each night for 2 nights. The pain is still there. What s causing it and what can i do?

Back pain radiating to your right shoulder might be due to cervical spondylitis. X-ray cervical spine is advised and if further evaluation required MRI cervical spine is investigation of choice.
