What Causes Painful Blister-like Lesions On The Genitals Of An 18-year-old Teen?
Hi thanks for contacting HCM... Fever with blister on genital could be from herpes virus infection which can lead blister formation.... So rule out herpes infection by serological testing by ELISA.... If it is present then acyclovir drug needs to be given.... Stiff neck could be from meningitis ... For which neurological examination and CSF examination useful.... For which antibiotic given .... Here your physical examination necessary which guides in detail investigation....and accordingly treatment .... So consult physician for that ... Take care ...
