What Causes Painful Blister On The Nose?
I have a boil on my nose. It is red with an emerging white tip and it is very painful. I have used a warm compress and have put toothpaste on it to leave overnight. I am ideally looking for a fast treatment. What do you recommend? I was also wondering, out of interest, how using toothpaste seems to always work to clear up spots quickly. What is the science behind it?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of rash on face due to use of electric razor which caused skin condition is known as irritant dermatitis which occurs due to acne , local indection or in rare ase it occur due to condition like liver failure . Well acne occurs whens skin pores becomes clogged and clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. I would suggest you to apply mild corticosteroid like desonide and antibiotic like fusidic acid twice a day. You should take oral prednisolone as well. If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist again for proper diagnosis and to rule out any underlying condition . Doctor may prescribe isoteritenoin , steroid ointment or antibiotics course.. You should drink plenty of water. Avoid taking sharp and fried food. You should apply 1% pimecrolimus, 1% metronidazole gel.
