What Causes Painful Blisters On The Buttocks And Pelvic Area?

I have had outbreaks for many years, thinking it was herpes, and usually on the top of my back buttocks on both sides. I am now going the most painful outbreak I have ever had . Not so many blisters as just pain in my back across my pelvic area, aching and headaches . Several weeks now. Can I get the shot, and when ? I am 71 years young and have had cancer and heart disease on my list. Please help.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The recurrent painful blisters sound to be mediated via immune response through previous cancer episode, where certain skin cells are sensitized and presented via CD 4 & CD 8 + T cells giving certain deposits of neutrophils and lymphocytes in the epidermal layer.

* I recommend a systemic evaluation of the clinician with necessary supportive tests to find out the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
