What Causes Painful Blisters On Thighs?

I was outside wearing jeans picking up jeans and my neighbor stopped by and said lets go for a walk and not thing I was a couple of miles including lots of hills. When I got home I didn t even notice until later that night I had blisters on both thighs. One is larger than a quarter its been a week and still painful. I used neosporin antibiotic cream

Read and understood your history.
The causes of the blisters after walking so much in the hills can be :
Allergic reaction to something in the hills.
Insect bites.
Friction by the jeans.

It is good that you applied Neosporin antibiotic cream.
If there is redness around the blister and itching , please take antihistamine tablets like Cetirizine. Wait and watch. If the problem increases, consult a Doctor to get the additional oral steroids, anti-inflammatory medicines and antibiotic if required.
If the haling is positive, this will heal up fast. and you do not have to worry about.
