General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The spasms probably are not related to hydrocodone intake. They may be related to initial diagnosis, possibly a pinched nerve. Taking spasmolytics such as spasmex can help you relieve symptoms. Also treating the initial disease cam help you treating symptoms definitively.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
