Hello Dr.. I am suchita ,27 year old..i was pregnant after few day delivery near about 10 days i feel pain and bleeding during stool i am suffering a lot i am having a srife duplex from 1week and medicine daflon 500mg taking from today 2 2 pills 3 times. I am scare from operation. please help me Dr.

hi...it's more likely long standing constipation which aggravated piles ,,if it was missed before pregnancy....thus take seitz bath...stool softener once you got relieved from motions....and start tab ornidazole 500 mg and ofloxacin 200 mg for five days to prevent further infection.....
