What Causes Painful Breast And Vibrating Sensation In Body While On Topamax?

50 year old woman with several issues i have recently been put on topamax for migraine and i am still having problems with feeling like i am shaking or vibrating and having issues of sharp pain in my left breast and seems like it s coming from the center up. I m not feeling very well at all
