Hi...
Can understand your concern...
As per your complains it seems that you have a
SORE THROAT as a bump on the throat and
white spots are a sign of Sore throat..
And the most common cause of sore throat is bacterial infection (
streptococcal infection) called as
Strep Throat.
It causes pain in throat along with difficulty in swallowing and pain exaggerates on swallowing..
Sometimes you can also have fever and horseness of voice..
For this the first thing you can do is to do warm saline gargles atleast 2 to 3 times in a day..
You can take hot liquids like tea and coffee..
You can take soothening lozenges to reduce pain and discomfort..
Inflammation and pain can be reduced by taking ibuprofen OR calpol(IF YOU ARE NOT ALLERGIC)
As strep throat is common you can take antibiotics such as
amoxicillin if you know whether you are allergic or not.
You can continue with the above explained treatments for a day or two but if there is no improvement you should see a doctor ad get evaluated for whether it is a bacterial or viral infection and get medicated accordingly..
Hope you get well soon..
Thanks and regards..
