i woke up with a painful bump on my head, on the right side and above my ear area. it hurts when i touch it and it hurts when i dont. i did not hit it on anything that i can remember, and my wife said i was asleep all night. it hurts, but what does it mean

It may be due to allergy or some insect bite or hair follicle infections.
Please consult your ENT surgeon for examinations.
Take tablet psracetamol or tramadol for pain.
For antibiotics, consult your doctor.
