Welcome at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns....
For how long it has been there? Are they feeling to hurt? Is there any redness? Which type of shoes you are wearing?
In my opinion it is most probably warts but again it need to be examined first by surgeon before embarking upon any diagnosis..
Hydrogen peroxide in my opinion is not going to help you at all.
All u need is to stay calm and wear comfortable shoes and use acetaminophen to relieve pain. Do visit a surgeon for proper management
