What Causes Painful Bumps Between Tailbone And Buttocks?
Hi, I have a small group of painful bumps where my tailbone meets my buttocks. There is no color to them, and when i look in the mirror I don t see anything. Can this be an STD or just a skin condition? I have reason to worry about STD s because I recently had unprotected sex, but I also have eczema and psoriasis on my hips, buttocks, thighs, and ankles. This group of bumps on buttocks has never occurred before and I m really concerned. I noticed in a few days ago and it was followed by swollen pelvic lymph nodes
You are having painful bumps between tailbone and buttocks and have also developed swollen pelvic lymph nodes. You had unprotected sex and also have history of having eczema and psoriasis in the different parts of the body.
You are suggested to get clinically examined by a urologist, get STD tests done as you may be showing the symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases (herpes, warts, etc.). If the reports come positive you will be treated with antibiotics and antivirals. Avoid any sexual activity for a couple of days till you are being treated.
Take care of your hygiene. You are suggested not to use harsh soap, perfumed body products.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
