What Causes Painful Bumps Inside The Anal Opening?

I don't know if I have hemorrhoids or not but when I sit down on a toilet and feel the asshole part sorry i dont know the scientific term, its pretty flat but then if i push out these softish kind of bumps but also kind of full are felt and they are on the skin of the asshole and if pushed down on they have a tiny pinch like pain and feel like pins and i dont know if theyre hemorrhoids because ive had them for like a year or more and they have never gone away so i dont know what they are they feel a lot bigger when i touch them but i dont know if theyre actually that big, i'm very confused as I'm a vegan but ive had these before i was a vegan as well so i dont know if its dietary or just bad skin because i do have badish skin, and am considering roaccutane for my skin.To sum it up its mostly flat when i dont push while sitting but when i do push bumps like appear and they feel like pins kind of but not really bad pain if i push on them, I feel like they probably look ugly because i cant see them and my main concern is how it looks as I am a gay male who tops and bottoms

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the bumps in the anal opening that are painful to touch and feels like pins and needles seems to be due to Swollen vein in the area leading to Hemorrhoid formation also known in general terms as Piles..
I would suggest you to consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and anoscopy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
In case of piles you can be advised to apply a steroid and numbing gel over the area..
You can do cool compresses..
You can also do sitz bath that is sitting in warm water atleast 2 to 3 times a day especially after bowels..
Take a high fibre diet as it smoothens the stool and ease in withdrawal..
You can also take stool softeners like Docusate..
You can take laxatives like Polyethylene glycol..
Avoid spicy food..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
